SUGAR FREE, PECTIN FREE REFRIGERATOR JAM



Refrigerator Jam!!

NO SUGAR ADDED!

PECTIN FREE


This recipe is versatile and will work for a host of fruits. Your imagination is the limit!


Recipe:


1-1/3 cup strawberries

2/3 cup rhubarb

2 T raw honey (or to taste)

2 T Chia Seeds


Process all ingredients in a blender and refrigerate overnight. The chia seeds will gel and thicken the fruit puree. Add additional diced fruit if you like it chunky.


This is actually a delicious recipe and a great substitute for commercial jams and jellies!!
