Rapid Bone Broth Recipe (much lower in histamine)



BONE BROTH RECIPE:


Take a pot of water, add your bones to it (and any veggies for flavor you prefer if you want) and rapid boil it for approximately 45 minutes to an hour. That's it. Hope this helps you... and works for you. For me, I found white meat bones work better than red meat bones, however you'll have to figure out what works better for you.


Prefer not to make it? There are several Organic Bone Broth's out there. You can also take Great Lakes Collagen Hydrosolate which is JUST AS GOOD!! It dissolves in everything and is pretty tasteless.
