Histamine Reducing Tea

I know, tea. We generally can't touch tea. However Green Tea and White tea are also histamine reducers.


Boil your pot of water


Pour over tea bag, dab tea bag once and remove (longer if you can tolerate it). Add your honey, lemon and lime to create a sweet taste. You'd be surprised how delicious this is and how well this works - especially if you need some caffeine without angering your adrenals. If it does irritate them - remove tea bag immediately after pouring the boiling water over or use decaf.


This surprisingly works great as home made popsicles too!


Just keep in mind that green tea can lower your DAO levels, if drinking by itself and not eating you'll be okay as long as you dont have candida or sibo. If you do, you'll need to take DAO with it.
