Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Mug Cake

These are tasty!! These are made as a single serve in a mug - in the microwave.


We all have those sweet tooth's and cravings, and this recipe is sure to deliver! EASY PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP SINGLE SERVE CUPCAKE 3 tbsp gluten free all purpose flour

1 tbsp canned pure pumpkin (not pie filling!)

1 pinch cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 pinch salt

1/2 tbsp dairy free chocolate chips by Enjoy Life (or more for taste!)

1-2 sweetener packets (I use stevia or a dash of honey to make healthier.) OPTIONAL

1 tbsp + 1 tsp cocunut or other dairy free milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (if tolerated)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a microwave-safe coffee mug and mix well. Microwave for 1 minute and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving
