This is a power point presentation of all the Genes and SNPs of Methylation.
This slide show is long, however, I created a Table of Contents to help you find which Genes N SNPs you may have inherited, what they do, how they affect methylation, as well as some testing, and what can help heal them.
I made these as a cheat sheet so you can figure out what genes and SNPs you may have, especially if gene testing isn't an option for you. They'll tell you what foods/meds/etc trigger them, what symptoms you get and how to help it.
Please be sure to watch the methylation video so you understand how your methylation is working, before you attempt treating the gene and SNPs with supplements. We want to heal the biochemical processes; not overburden our kidneys and liver!! Healing the biochemical processes allows our methylation pathways to work naturally and then we just support the areas that need a little extra help.
DO NOT attempt to treat every SNP with supplements. Doing so can cause further excesses, or deficiencies if you don't understand how the methylation cycles are working. Doing so can get you stuck in a negative feedback loop.
These slides are meant to help you navigate the methylation impairments and learn what they do, and to help you figure out which ones are being affected or have mutations in.
