Easy Mango Ice Cream
This is super quick and easy to make. Add extra milk to make it a smoothie.
This is an easy way to use those Bananas that start to turn – peel them and freeze them and use them for Ice Cream.
Just remember they can be high in sugar and histamine; so know your limits. This recipe can altered to make it safer for you and the options on fruit are endless!
1 Whole Ripe Banana (Frozen)
1 Cup frozen Mango ( I usually add extra to overpower the banana)
½ can coconut milk
Put everything in a high speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Scoop into a container and freeze until ready.
