Cycle of Illness: Methylation (Master Educational Video)

The Methylation Video is now complete, its very long, but its the most indepth understanding of Methylation out there. I teach how the cycles and genes all talk to one another and how it impacts all the systems in the body. It dictates personality, foods/meds/sups you can/cant tolerate, the symptoms you get and how to fix it.

The video is long, yes, but i progressively build upon the information to help you learn as easily as possible. Methylation in conjuction with the rest of The Cycle of Illness will help you heal and live a better quality of life. Many questions you may have will be answered in this video as to where the symptoms are coming from as well as how to correct it.

I do use some science in here that can get confusing for some folks, however I also explain it in simpler terms to help you understand. We tend to suffer from foggy brains, so i did my best to make it as easy to understand as possible.
