Intermittent Fasting and Its Benefits
I thought I'd share this video with you by 'Universe Inside You'. They do an excellent job of explaining the different types of fasting and the benefits behind it.
I myself have found intermittent fasting to be quite beneficial when trying to calm down a flare up. I usually only do 24 hours, but I've gone 3 or 4 days if its been acting up quite a bit. At this time I'm on the second day into a 7 day fast to heal several flares going on simultaneously and the 3 day fast wasn't long enough.
