Winter Wellness Reboot DAY 3...
HISTAMINE FOODS LIST (with Liberators and Blockers, 19 pages Long) FOOD INTOLERANCE / HISTAMINE APPS
STEP 1: REDUCE HISTAMINE / DETOX
Good Morning Everyone...
We're still continuing on quieting down the body. This process can be a little different for everyone. Some may be able to quiet it down quickly, while others it may take longer - there are a lot of factors like environment, stress, virus's, other conditions etc. Its important to continue to try to keep the body as quiet as possible and drinking your juiced produce or your smoothies.
This is important for everyone - not just mast cell patients. Histamine can be a problem for everyone with a chronic illness and it instigates and worsens the symptoms for you.
Just remember that if you have any processed foods or foods that aren't compatible with you, it'll drastically slow the process of healing.
Below I've placed a list of foods that can be triggers for us. Its broken down into categories: Histamine (if its a high histamine food), bioamines (a trigger for many), liberators (of mast cells), and blockers (of DAO and other histamine reducing enzymes). This is 19 pages long of foods that can help you determine what you can and can not have. Its from a German website: Mast Cell Activation (translation from mastzellaktivierung) that works with the Swiss Interest Group Histamine Intolerance. I definitely recommend looking at it...its really helpful. You can download the list here (don't worry its in English or you can get it in another language)

This can be a life saver, especially if you're still new to this or struggling to understand what foods are triggering you.
Also I wanted to let you know about several apps that are pretty good. They have lists of foods that can help you as well; much like the document from Mast Cell Activation - except its mobile and on your phone or tablet. The first one below is also from the Swiss Interest Group Histamine Intolerance like the 19 page document.. This organization is really good and further along than we are in the United States.
They come in iOS, Google, and Android. Just type in Food Intolerances and they should both come up close to each other. For iOS, they're next to each other.
For today, we'll still be continuing the smoothy/juicing histamine reducing and detoxing path. If you need a little sustenance to go with it, you can add the duck/quail eggs, or sauteed vegetables. You definitely want to sautee your vegetables - doing so removes the lectins from the vegetables; which can be triggers for many of us.
Let me know how you're doing... If you're ready to continue the process let me know. And as always if you have any questions or comments feel free to contact me.
Love and Light, Happy Healing
God Bless
