Saga of the Butterfly

The Saga of the Butterfly:

When the caterpillar builds his cocoon and starts its metamorphosis into a butterfly - at the end, his cocoon cracks and the butterfly struggles and struggles to get out. If you carefully help it out by pulling the cocoon open to make it easier to get out you'll notice the butterfly has a big fat swollen body and underdeveloped wings. She will never fly.

But if you let it suffer and struggle - struggle as long as it takes to get out, its the struggle to squeeze out of its cocoon that pushes the fluid from its body into its wings. That particular butterfly WILL spread her wings and ... FLY

Jewels:

Precious jewels like diamonds- they're just lumps of coal that are formed under tremendous pressure and time, but then.... you pick them up, brush off the dirt... clean them up and make them shine and sparkle.

My friends... YOU are those butterflies and precious jewels.

So when you're feeling knocked down - you may be down but you're not out. You may feel like your under tremendous pressure and are about to crack - but in EACH of you is a precious jewel. Without the pressure and the struggle.. Like the butterfly, you'd never fly. Or shine brightly like the diamond. So remember, to always pick yourself up, brush off the dirt so you can shine and sparkle as bright as a star. Something good ALWAYS comes out of something bad, so remember your struggles and be thankful so you can finally spread your wings and FLY!!! FLY AND SHINE LIKE THE STARS!!!!!

Remember, if God (or your higher power) got you there, he'll get you through it and what's on the other side... is so much better. Like the butterfly or diamond. Sometimes you can't see it yet... you just have to trust He will.... and it's time, it WILL happen.
