Learn How to Manage Inflammatory Bowel Diseases without Taking Medicine!!! (this may not work for everyone, but it does provide a lot of healing)

Most of us have that horrible gut swelling due to mast cells, but there is a way to make it better. I swear by the stuff, its helped quite a bit. I thought I'd share some more information seeing that our gut health can dictate a great deal as to how our day is going to go.

I know I've hit the bone broth in an earlier post, but I thought I'd share some more information about it.

Inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS), Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis affect as many as 1.6 million Americans today.

When you have IBS, you’ll always worry that it's symptoms can flare up in an instant, so that even going out of the house becomes an exercise in risk management.

Fortunately, there is a natural remedy that will finally put your mind at ease.

It involves no medication and utilizes your body’s own healing powers to relieve the symptoms of IBS.

IBS, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are long term conditions usually diagnosed in the late teens or early 20s.

Because of this, people with IBS often have to endure its debilitating symptoms for most of their lives.

While medication can temporarily relieve some of it's symptoms, prolonged exposure to pharmaceuticals is not really advisable as negative side effects can build up and cause even more harm to the body.

Experts have started to recommend consuming bone broth as a way to naturally combat IBS.

For centuries, bone broth has been consumed all across the world for its healing and nourishing properties.

It’s a rich soup made by slowly simmering the bones and cartilage of animals, oftentimes adding vegetable and spices to enhance it flavor and potency.

Everyday, new studies shed light on bone broth's many health benefits.

The effects of this superfood on IBS have been extensively studied and were found to effectively target the two factors responsible for the disorder: inflammation and abnormal autoimmune response.

As the name implies, IBS like Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis involve chronic inflammation in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.

Usually, inflammation happens when white blood cells attack foreign objects in the GI tract.

For people with IBS, their abnormal autoimmune response keeps mistaking harmless food and bacteria in the intestines as invaders.

As a result, the inflammation never subsides and ulcerations appear in the GI tract. These ulcerations let in harmful substances in the bloodstream which leads to infection and consequently, even more immune response and inflammation.

This cycle chronic inflammation and ulceration in the GI tract is what causes symptoms such as persistent diarrhea, abdominal pain, cramping, rectal bleeding, and fatigue.

By sealing the ulcerations, reducing inflammation, and minimizing autoimmune response, bone broth effectively manages the usual symptoms of IBS.

A cup of bone broth is packed with nutrients like collagen and gelatin as well as amino acids like glycine, proline, arginine, glutamine, and glucosamine that helps seal ulcerations in the gut.

Proline works by boosting cell regeneration and speeding up wound repair, while Glycine aids against ulcers and Leaky Gut syndrome.

Bone broth is also one of the most beneficial foods to consume for healthy inflammation response and immune system function.

Gelatin and collagen soothe and restore the strength of the gut lining and helps with food sensitivities, growth of probiotics (good bacteria).

They also support healthy inflammation levels in the digestive tract.

Arginine is also a necessary amino acid for proper immune system function.

Glycine is particularly useful as it lowers inflammation and free radical damage while reducing autoimmune reactions.

For many people with IBS, bone broth is a welcome relief.

It has allowed them to get back to enjoying life without worrying when the next flare up will happen.

If you want experience for yourself the wonderful benefits of bone broth, you can easily make it at home.
