Apple Berry Oat Smoothy
Think of it as drinkable oatmeal filled with fiber and nutrients. Many of us have a hard time with solid food - but I will be posting them as I prepare them and make them mast cell friendly (including autoimmune etc friendly.... just always read ingredients and adjust as necessary)
Until then... APPLE BERRY OAT SMOOTHY
1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk 1 apple cored 1 cup strawberries 2 TBSP gluten free rolled oats 1 tsp cinnamon (if tolerated) 1 TBSP ground chia seeds 1 tablespoon pine nuts (optional and only if they dont cause you issues) 1 small cucumber
Blend and Enjoy!!
A nice twist, add extra strawberry and add rhubarb. Kinda has a rhubarb pie taste. You can omit the apple if you like for the Rhubarb tweek.
